Shur-Step safetydeck is a granular rubber product that is used in resurfacing your existing sub-base.  It will bond to most substrate materials including concrete, asphalt, epoxy stone, brick, wood, steel and aluminum; so it can be installed with no tear-out or destruction of surrounding areas.
